These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Dayanusa Graphic (Company Registration No. 202503244325 / 003771633-A), located at C-26-05 SOHO GEM Jalan Sinaran, 13700 Perai, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Dayanusa Graphic provides commercial and custom printing services including but not limited to: business cards, banners, stickers, merchandise printing, books & magazines, large-format printing, and related design and production services. All services are subject to availability and our ability to fulfill the specifications provided.

2. Orders and Quotations

• All quotes provided are estimates only and are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
• A confirmed order constitutes a binding agreement between you and Dayanusa Graphic.
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
• Order cancellations must be requested before production begins. Once production has started, the full order amount is non-refundable.
• Any changes to an order after confirmation may incur additional charges and affect turnaround time.

3. Artwork and Files

• You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork files in the correct format, resolution, and colour profile as specified by us.
• We are not responsible for print quality issues arising from low-resolution, incorrectly formatted, or improperly prepared files.
• By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all content, including images, logos, and text.
• We reserve the right to refuse printing of any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• We may apply minor adjustments (e.g. colour calibration) to files to meet production requirements.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to applicable taxes where required.
• Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production commences.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at time of order confirmation.
• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of production.

5. Turnaround Time and Delivery

• Turnaround times begin only after receipt of confirmed payment and approved artwork files.
• Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier or upon collection.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated separately.

6. Quality and Complaints

• We strive for consistent print quality. However, minor colour variations between digital proofs and final printed output are inherent to the printing process and are not grounds for a refund.
• Any defects or errors attributable to us must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order.
• Accepted claims may result in a reprint or partial credit at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
• Complaints must be submitted to hello@dayanusa.com with photographic evidence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Dayanusa Graphic or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Dayanusa Graphic shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Loss of business, revenue, or profits resulting from delays or defects
• Damages resulting from errors in customer-supplied artwork or specifications

Our total liability in any matter is limited to the value of the specific order in dispute.

9. Use of Our Website

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our site

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
